1)Plug toaster into power source
2)Turn power on
3)Place 1 or 2 slices of bread into the toaster
4)Adjust the toaster settings to desired result
5)Pull leaver down
6)Wait for bread to toast
7)Remove bread from toaster once the toast has cooled
